Yes, I have way too much time on my hands

I immediately found the cube-toys too cute for words, and seeing as I am currently unemployed, I found the time to make some.
I started with Dana Scully.
Seeing the finished product, I thought she looked more like Agent Melody Sim, from the Inside (one of my fav shows). So I made Rebecca Locke, by sticking Buffy's head on Scully's body.
Don't they look cute together?
Then I thought: well, they need a serial killer to hunt...
And then I wrote them a story ...
Friday the 13th
It was a Friday night, and Webb let them have the night off, even though a serial killer was targeting blondes. Mel drove over to Rebecca's place, to see if she wanted to have a girl's night out. But when she got to her building, the blonde was already exiting and looked like she was going out. Mel doubted her workaholic colleague had a date. So she did the only reasonable thing and followed her.
And it was a good thing she did, because before Rebecca could even enter the club, the serial killer sedated her, grabbed her and carried her off. Mel chased them, but lost them in the labyrinth of streets. Only when the killer had already trained his blade on his victim, she found them. Not having her gun with her, she could only tackle him. She soon wrestled the sword out of his hands and cut him with it. She finally was forced to end the fight by cutting off his head.
She hurried over to Rebecca, who was starting to awake. She hugged her close, glad that the other woman was still alive. Then she let her go, knowing Rebecca wasn't someone who liked to be touched. Rebecca stared at her, and finally took Mel's hand, pulling her closed.
"My hero," she whispered. And then she kissed her.
