Movie Night

I am considering an alternative for movie night tonight.  This is a result of my difficulty with deciding on either "Mirrormask", a fantastic movie (but I have played it alot in the past two years) or "Neverwhere" which is too long to really show in one setting without it being edited to one movie (the repeat scenes, good if one is seeing it non-continuously, suck in a sit down and watch setting).  There have been requests that I start reading to people again.  I dearly love to sit and read aloud to friends and I have nearly settled on this plan for the first part of tonight.  So...

If you want to listen to me read, I will be starting to read Terry Pratchett between 6:30 and 6:45, preferably 6:30 if people are present and will continue till between 8:00 and 8:30 when I start the movie.

I plan on starting the movie "Stardust" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0486655/) between 8:00 and 8:30 PM.  I yet am unable to provide food, so if you would like to eat whilst I read, you are welcome to bring food and sit on the downstairs couch.  If you find the reading not to your liking or uninteresting, I request that should you spawn a conversation, you move to the front sitting room.

I have yet to decide on a book to read but I am inclined toward "Reaper Man" "Going Postal" "Moving Pictures" and "Truth" are all my suggestions.  I recently gave out "Guards, Guards" so I don't want to bore anyone with retelling that story (and I have never quite got the voices for the Night watch hammered out in my head).  "Small Gods", another of my favorites, is also a book I am not certain to whom I would be retelling.  The four suggestions have the benefit that, for the most part, they are not centered around a continuation of characters already established in previous books.
