a commitment, and a request

Since I have to get my triglycerides checked again in a few weeks(they need to come down 100 points), and I'm kind of pissed that I've become the type of person who has to take a med for a problem that can easily be controlled through lifestyle changes, I've decided to start embracing some healthy, easily accomplished changes. I'm currently:

1. eating a wonderful, healthy breakfast every morning. This morning, it was oatmeal with walnuts and frozen peach slices(unsweetened).
2. eating healthier snacks at work. I have a drawer full of unsalted nuts and dried pineapple rings.
3. not eating after one hour of being home from work, usually 930 or 1030 at night.

My next steps include making healthier lunches, and getting more exercise than my walk to and from work (6/10 of a mile one way).

I thought I'd give that window thingy a try, which means I get to go back and fill out yours. http://kevan.org/johari?name=hapgood if you're interested.

Off to brush my teeth before my next client.
