Working on it, though. I've reached September.
Random stuff:
It's so funny to listen to SAM AND DAT talking to each other, now that they both can make sentences so well. Seth was putting on a cowboy hat, said, "I'm being a cowboy, what do you want to be?" DAT said, "I just want to be DAT!" Seth clarified, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" and DAT replied, "I want to be an elephant!"
I won on hyenacart! I like to go click the free lotteries, because I'm silly like that. The other day I won a surprise lottery from
http://hyenacart.com/themerchantship/, and it came in the mail yesterday - it is a knitted cover for a swiffer mop. (Good thing I have one, heh.) Instead of the throwaway swiffers, I can use this and then throw it in the wash. It even has a scrapy surface on the back. It's random, but neat. :)
Our house windows have been open for about a month now, I think. It's nice. :) I love fall.
Went to the zoo today for the first time in a while (it's harder to get to with 40 closed down). Baby chimpanzees are TEH CUTE!
Important stuff:
For everyone who knows sruna (and any other women, really):
http://www.armyofwomen.org/ This link just popped up in my forums randomly. You sign up for free with this website, and they send you information about any breast cancer research studies that are going on in your area, then you decide if you're interested in joining the studies. They're looking for ALL women, one million of them in fact - the point is to get a truly representative sample and make research progress happen. It seems like a way to help.
And of course, I second sruna's suggestion of www.thebreastcancersite.com as something to go click. It and all the related sites (for hunger, child health, literacy, and animals) are all a completely free way for you to help charities. I really see no reason not to add them to your daily websites and click every day. It takes mere seconds.
