Look what I'm doing instead of packing!
We leave tomorrow for the beach, yay! I have packed SAM's suitcase, but that's it. :) At least I have a list.
In about two minutes I'm going to go wake SAM up. (He slept today, huzzah! Generally he waits for the days when I REALLY want him to nap, then stays awake. I need to decide each day on a workable, pleasant plan for what to do if he doesn't nap. Then maybe he will.) Then we're off to the lake, then dinner with my sister who just got into town, then Hellboy II with hoshiadam, yay! And I guess I'll pack in the morning. *shrug*
The playset is built! It's amazing! :) Hoshiadam worked every free minute for at least a week, he is awesome. It was rather fun, actually, but I want this one to last about fifteen years so we never have to build another. (And we'll just have to not move, don't want to move anyway.)
SAM and DAT have both really started talking more in the last week or so. Always neat. They both really like the playset.
SAM got his final two-year molar (finally)! Now maybe he'll be less grouchy. He's still an extremely pleasant child, as things go, but for him, he's been very moody the last few weeks.
Ack, never did stake my Israeli tomato plant... It kind of flopped over this morning (and I think it doubled in size), got to do that...
Early weight for this week since I'm leaving - I lost 4 pounds again, the two I gained last week and two more. :) So that means 12 down, 4 to go!

PS - Yesterday we were planning to go to the lake, but my mom mentioned that we might try to go by the Cursed Restaurant again (the one that Fate forbids me to ever actually eat at). So it rained all day. :) Today she suggested it, but that is shot down and we are having Mexican instead, so maybe we'll actually get to the lake this time. Wish us luck. :)
