In harms way
Democrat or not I guess this person wants to put more men in harms way in bring back the draft. He happens to be a Democrat but it's irrelevant if he is a Democrat or not.
Incoming chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee New York Democratic Rep. Charles Rangel said Sunday he sees his idea as a way to deter politicians from launching wars:

He will put more men's lives in danger by reinstating the draft. Especially men from the working class.
Way to go.
And that's exactly why I am not too happy with the new change of "guards" in the House and Senate. New doesn't necessarily mean better.
