It's a colour and consistency issue! Honestly.

When I say a tutorial consists mainly of jokes about melting jaws and semen, I actually do mean it does. xD

If you make quite sure it exactly traces the edges of your face, you can be example 13-A.

I might try to make one later, but I'm mostly concerned that it won't be very helpful. There's a lot of things that I do when I'm shading that I'm not quite sure how to explain because they're simplifications of instinctive things I've been doing for years in paintings.

I'll try later to see if I can make one that doesn't make people complain that I seem to be skipping steps. xD

AH you paint? Suddenly I don't feel as inferior hahah ;_;. I'm sure anything would be helpful though! I'm struggling at doing highlights, right now ;_;.
