I'M B-B-BACK BABY
'Aight. SO only Grandpa Millard came over to our place and only to pick up me to take me to Charlie's place. There Dad and I mingled with the freaks and various family members as we celebrated Jamie's 32nd birthday. General good times were had. <3
Turns out nobody's coming over here tomorrow so I don't have to worry about cleaning. WOOHOO! Well, I'll probably clean my room somewhat tomorrow because it's starting to edge towards gross-ness. Especially dust wise. Blech. Gotta do laundry too. Def. that.
Well, now I'm home. Just thinkin' about what I want to buy for Christmas. We seem to be doing this weird system where my grandparents (mom's side) are going to buy us 1 or 2 gifts and then give us an assload of money for us to just buy our own shit. Which you know, I'm cool with. Almost all of mine will be going towards getting myself an MP3 player and a solid set of headphones. I will also begin my search for ~THE PERFECT MESSENGER BAG~, because goddamn it I need a bag. Not a purse. Call it a purse and I'll knife you. After those comes ties. If anybody wants to buy me Christmas/Birthday presents, I'm going to ask for jewelry for my piercing.
Also thinking about how to divy up my holiday money in regards to conventions. I'm going to ahead and admit that I'm becoming reluctant to drop $115 on a hotel room at AWA. I mean, AWA is not as fun for me anymore so... I dunno. Maybe I can organize a group to split a room. It makes it sooo much cheaper. Plus I think Sheraton rooms are cheaper- plus that's where all the parties go on. :3 I'm not worried about costumes- I don't have any intention of cosplaying and if I want too I have one. Hotel room for D*C isn't an issue 'cuz Drew's got a place right there, plus Ben will let us crash at his if we need too. Now it's just a matter of spending money. All of it will probably go to D*C, cuz I don't want anything from AWA really. ... Wow this doesn't sound too bad. Not having costume expenses really helps. Plus I can drive all my funds to D*C. Alright! I wonder if Matt and Naomi would split a room with Drew and me... Or at least Matt. (If he hasn't gone back overseas ;_;) Excellent... Now maybe I won't have to use all my money for conventions this year and can actually buy some stuff I want during the year.
Oh, found out the supposed family reunion for this summer is canceled. Massive failure. >:|
