(no subject)
Oh snap- I think I'm gettin' the monos. My throat is getting sore.
Oh yeah. I forgot to tell you all. Drew has mono. D: Confirmed by blood tests and all. Poor man. We thought he had strep throat for weeks and we were like "THE ANTIBIOTICS AREN'T WORKING WTF" and so the doctor was like "BLOOD TESTS LOL" and yeah.
Unfortunately, during the time when we thought he had strep I accidentally drank out of one of his glasses. At the time I thought "Oh well he's been on antibiotics for a fews days so he's not contagious and who cares if I get strep." BUT MONO IS DIFFERENT. I DO NOT WANT MONO. I HAVE A HORSE SHOW IN A LITTLE BIT LESS THAN THREE WEEKS. D:<
In other news- Cheryl keeps turning up in my dreams. Weeeiirrrd.
Also, this has been a topic of discussion for me. Do you dream in 1st person or 3rd person? I almost exclusively dream in 3rd person and when I am dreaming in 1st person I am usually not "Natalie Smith" but a different fictional character. I've even had conversations with Natalie Smith while I was playing a different character in the dream. WTF. Anybody interpret dreams? Because god, that has to mean something. XD
Dad's OS crashed on his computer. One of the System32 config files got corrupted yesterday and his computer went BLARGH IM DED. But his harddrives and everything are fine so there's no real super crisis.
Yesterday was awesome! (I liked it- it was nice.) Me, Demenhoth, and Platypus went to go see "21", the movie about the MIT Blackjack Team. I had a really good time with them. We spent most of the movie making dick/sex jokes, criticizing the character's stupid actions ("SHE WANTS TO BONE YOU. IT'S OBVIOUS. DO IT ALREADY."), and... deciding which VTM clan the characters belonged too (LAAAME I know). The movie, despite deviating pretty drastically from the real story, was still pretty damn good. I plan to hang out with Demenhoth/Platypus outside of DND more often.
I suppose I should write up something about Rachel's stay here... Man, it was fun. We just... hung out basically. She experienced Waffle House (damn that is a good Waffle House), we watched Snatch, we hung out at the Avenue... It was just a damn good time. :3 Too bad she had to leave before we could go to Little 5 Points though. ;_; Oh well.
kthxnbai I should go back to working on skool.
PS: Programming is awesome. LA is going to be harder this year but I think I'm okay with that. Math is going to be so easy it's ridiculous. Science is going to be... I dunno. History is going to be... I dunno. And Japanese will be interesting.
