(no subject)
Not much happening right now. Been working on school lately and dorking around on the internet. You know, the usual for me.
*thinks* Okay. SOMETHING has to have happened lately. Umm... Nope, not really. ... D: This entry is empty, but I feel bad when I don't update atleast once every three days. Orz Umm.. Oh! Okay! I thought of something!
So after taking some Japanese, I realized that although I love the language and the culture, I just don't know if it's right for me. I don't know man. The whole kanji thing freaks me out. Anyway, so I was trying to think for other possible career options- as it's good to have back ups anyways- and I was drawing a total blank. I've always been like, 'I must have a stable job'. But I realized that everything I want to do really doesn't involve stability- in short, I'm a liberal arts major. XD So I was like "If I'm going to be happy with my work- which is important to me- I'm going to have to just go for the possibility of a not stable job." I also realized this year that I absolutely adore European history- especially French history, which I've found to be extremely interesting. So, I've decided to add "Historian" to the top of my list for possible careers. I don't want to say that I've decided to be a historian because I change career choices frequently. But right now I plan to major in history with emphasis in European (and possibly French) history. Yaay~ It feels good to have a general idea of a path for the future. Also me and Drew will then be able to have epic debates over historical happenings betwixt Europe and the Middle East... These debates will probably end in us yelling at each other in foreign languages and much nerd-slap fighting. Hahahha awesome.
And that's about it for now I suppose.
