Thoughts and Much Fangirling
Okay, you people are about to witness Sekai/Rin/Hanyou/whatever other nicknames I've been given around here, fangirl over her favorite Inuyasha female character from tonight's episode of Inuyasha.
First of all, it goes almost without saying:
MAH GIRL ROCKED SO MUCH ASS IN THIS EPISODE THAT IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY!
*dances about happily*
Looking back on everything that's happened in the series, I can't help but swell up and puff my chest out with pride for how far my girl has come along in her journey through the Sengoku Jidai adventures. In the beginning, she had no training, no idea of what to do, no control over anything.
It's episode 138 in America bitches and look at her now.
She's been training herself with her bow, and can hit 9/10 now. (hit 10/10 this episode, she pwnz0red so very very much. *tears up*) She knows what she has to do and what must be done. And she can mostly control her own powers, even focusing them into a single point in order to attack whatever is threatening the people she cares for the most.
And Akitoki's never going to find anyone better than she is, even though we all know Kagome is sooo with InuyashaAkitoki needs to give up the silly schoolboy crush he's got and realize that she's got more strength than he ever will.
*fangirl squeal of delight*
My girl, good bishoujo GODDESSES, how much I love that girl. Every time I swear I get sick of the series, watching her progress, watching her be human and suffer through the doubts that all of us go through, it all makes it worth it and makes me come crawling right back.
For any of you who doubt her powers and her worth; look at tonight's episode. Sure she's not powerful and hella physically strong like Sango, doesn 't know how to put up youkai wards like Miroku or do any illusions like Shippou.
But she's all the more believable and human than the rest of the characters combined. *sighs in contentment*
I have definately gone Kagome!fangirl right now and you know, once I see things like this, I tend to even when everyone else thinks the series needs to die. Once I love a character, it'll be hard for me to hate them, if ever.
