SO Tech guys want to slack and have us customer service people take up the role of telling people that they're closed for the weekend.
...Iza has absolutely NO problem with that and takes some kind of sadistic pleasure in saying "Thank you for calling Technical Support Options, We are currently closed for the weekend and will be back open on Monday at 6am pacific standard time."
...and then listening to them start swearing or hanging up gives her the snickers like nothing else.
