Decisions, Decisions...
I blame Zan and Nighthand for these thoughts. I BLAME YOU!!! *stabs finger accusingly at*
After a few more quests and solos... there really won't be too much of a point for Sekai anymore, my character that is. Her story came together after several half-serious ideas took root and turned into something completely different than I'd originally planned. (I.E. She was a shy girl who finds someone to love, friends to support her and winds up gaining her self-confidence and identity, THE END)
But now? I don't want to have it end like that. Nighthand's been good with talking to me about possible things I could have Sekai be doing in main and seemed to like the fact that Sekai herself wouldn't be "ZOMG! GODDAMN FUCKING HACKER HAS ME IN A COMA! REVENGE!!!!111!!!ONE11!!" That's more Kira's style I'm not sure though, because I know two seperate ways I could wind up ending things in Subplots when Sekai's character has nothing more to do; both leave Sekai with a bitter-sweet ending.
One is that Kira finally regains enough data to reproduce herself again and seperates from Sekai completely before leaving with a few parting words to those who're there. This one's more sweet than bitter, and leaves Sekai making a promise before Kira departs to never fall as far down as she had when she needed someone to live for her.
The other is that Kira either takes in corrupted data or is attacked right off the bat by a hacker who infects her with a virus. Eventually, the battle ends with the defeat of the hacker and leaves the party fighting (so far my mind has Ko and Sango there as fighters and as witnesses) behind to watch as Kira fails to reject and destroy/heal the virus eating away her data. The group remains as Kira says her final farewells and dies without so much as giving anyone a chance to try and help her, the data exploding and scattering into the sky. This is the bitter ending that leaves Sekai slightly cynical and vowing to never open herself up like that again and to become strong enough so that she'd need no one.
That's why I'm considering Mainplot on Divvy. Zan and Nighthand, as well as several other people lately, have told me that Sekai would be a good character for Main and her experiences and dealings/condition with Kira would make an interesting addition. Well... that and her personality and way of thinking is apparently waaaaaaaaaaaay different that what the rest of them think.
Ack, just finished drawing this sketch out of a head/bust shot of this.... I dunno what to call him as of yet but, the "official" name for the Wood element Summons in .hack is "Krake". He's... interesting, to say in the very least. I think, despite the fact that I don't *wanna* draw his head again (goddamned antlers!!!! *shakes her fist*, I have to draw him full out because, there's an idea I wanna see if it'd look good or not.
XD He looks like a cross betrween an elk/deer/reindeer, a horse and strangely enough, a wolf/dog.
Wolf + Elk/Reindeer/Deer = Interesting Idea for a Wave God. He'd have the build of a Reindeer/Elk, with the ears of a deer/elk (I have those perfectly), the physical power of a horse/elk and with the muscle, legs and *maybe* the tail of a wolf. No hair; very short fur exceptfor the little goatee thingie *giggles* and the ruff/bib of long chest and neck fur and his tail and lower parts of his legs. He has what looks like a horse's mane too. I think his feet shall be paws.
Oh yeah; he also has an omnivore's teeth just with extended wolfy fangs.
Anyways, Dunno what I'm going to do.
