Crystal Narration 01

"So you seek to command your darkness," a voice spoke to Crystal in the vast expanse
of her starry dreamscape. "In truth, the potential already existed within you long ago,
however it will prove difficult for one who is so closely bound to the light."
"I wasn't expecting it would be easy," Crystal spoke in return and turned to face the
source of the voice, the demonic figure of Diablos, the dark Eidolon with power over gravity.
"Indeed, and you have managed to learn a few dark spells already," Diablos added with
obvious interest. "However, you have also come into contact with a darkness that is not your
own and it is much too volatile."
"I already know that," Crystal met the gaze of her dark Eidolon. "All the more
reason for me to do my best to learn quickly."

It took most of the night, but by morning Crystal had discovered how to cast many
more dark spells by combining the effects of spells she was already familiar with. The
reason she had so quickly learned to cast Dark Flare was because the energy flow was very
similar to what she had already cast with Dark Firaga and Dark Graviga. With guidance from
Diablos she also very easily learned the rest of the dark variants of spells relating to the
magic that manipulates space and time such as Dark Magnega, Dark Zero Graviga, Dark Slowga,
and Dark Stopga. From learning to utilize Dark Magnega she was then able to figure out how
to cast Dark Tornado because of its similar properties while using wind magic and once she
had that figured out she also discovered how to utilize Dark Aeroga as well. Once she gained
command of the dark variants of her wind spells she was finally able to begin learning the
spells she had originally intended because wind and water are very similar in how they flow
which gave her a way to grasp at how to cast Dark Waterga and from there she finally figured
out how to cast Dark Blizzaga. Naturally, she also figured out how to cast Dark Ultima by
complete accident, although she had little intention of ever actually casting it again
outside the dreamscape for obvious reasons. That spell was much too dangerous and powerful.
