You know...

Other people get poorly-worded spam about porn, viagra knock-offs, and other sexy things. I get spam about leadership conferences and dynamic innovation, and Asian economy seminars.

The truly sad thing is, I am far more tempted by the latter category than the former, most of the time.

In other news, I had Q-forum training (place for people to talk about sexuality) today. I have B forum training (place for people to talk about religion) on Sunday. I am 99.9% sure that I am the only person doing both, and that this will cause awkwardness among most people. Because there is bound to be some proceedural overlap, and I can just picture myself saying "You know, in Q forum we tried doing this..." and have the entire room fall silent.

Actually, the Q people are more likely to be weirded out by my religiousness than the B people are to be by my allyness. I feel like we've got this idea on campus where religious=fanatic=heteronormative homphobe(=Christian). Which, I can see, as the loudest religious people are normally screaming lunatics, but, seriously? Not my experience here. But, you know, out in the larger world there tends to tilt towards church-goers, so, I can see where the defensiveness comes from here where pretty much everyone is out and proud and it's mostly a safe space with the occassional troll.

bryn mawr, i love my life, i actually teeheehee, college, deism, sex is funny, someone please shoot me, funnism, horny antelopes, discussion, politics, life
