Talking Heads - Once In A Lifetime
There is going to be a panel on Low Budget/No Budget video production and it will feature Felicia Day from Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog as well as The Guild and Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
They have also added in Peter Murphy to the Music line up. He is the former lead singer of the band Bauhaus which some say really started the goth genre. I saw him in concert back in the eighties and he had more stage charisma than most anyone that I have ever seem in concert. His presence is very reminiscent of David Bowie or Iggy Pop.
Another one of my favorites from the eighties will also be showcasing this year. Mojo Nixon will be doing a show with his unique brand of topical humor. You might remember him from his song "Elvis Is Everywhere" When he plays live he also has a lot of charisma on stage. He is funny and energetic. Oddly though I interviewed him back in the eighties and he wasn't very good at answering questions on the fly. He could be funny in his music but the interview turned out fairly dry.
