I GOT ROBBED! Continued
Weeelllp, We just had a visit from some nice coppers. They came to see us because the lady who we gave our phone number too didn't pass the message on to them. We only recently got the phone put on so we weren't 100% sure of what our home number was during the interview so they said to ring up the station and leave it with them.
I like talking face to face better anyway.
But, they told us that the West Belconnen football club is royally pissed off with the players involved in unlawfully entering my fucking home and stealing my shit and assaulting me on the street, and the managers are going to come round and talk to us about the matter and they will reimburse us for new phones and stuff, and apologise. The policeman said that the players involved have been booted from the team, and that they are all worried about what we might do, so we were in a good position if we wanted to take matters further.
I was going to press charges, or seriously considering it anyway, because the whole thing really upset me x_x, but I won't if we get a satisfactory result when we talk to the club. I don't want to have to go to court and neither does Tim (although to be honest I wish he was a little more angry, I kinda feel like I'm the only one who wanted to fight back here.. Ah well, he is a diplomat and I am ....not.)
So yeah, looks like there will be a positive result for us. Woo.
I'm still really mad though because there are numbers in my phone that I can never get back. People from Yulara and stuff. but the really important ones I have their emails I guess.
