Here's the thing about finding love...
Some people have this amazing ability of instantly knowing love once it flashes in front of them. They grab a hold of that moment, say what they feel out loud, beg, relentlessly pursue and not let the moment slip by. These are the people who win love... whether it's a love to last a lifetime or a love that's fleeting and will be nowhere in six months... they still win love.
Then there are some people who have this great ability to lie to themselves and deny the fact that love just flashed in front of them. The heart says it's love; the mind tries to find the logic of the feelings. These people sit back, just watch the person who makes their heart skip a beat, appreciate the warmth of the sun and the drops of the rain better, and never say a word at all because the feelings don't make sense to them. They're intelligent enough to know, just not brave enough to risk affirming what they know. The sit back and never say a word and watch the person who brightens up their every days find the comfort of hearing the words they should have said from someone else. Only then would they feel the panic of wanting to say what they have been afraid to say for the longest time... by the time they find the courage to say it out loud, it's too late.
