Alongside PP 1462, Malacañang already listed all the holidays for the remainder of 2008 (PP 1463). Since this is a proclamation, this is already FINAL. The proclamation is mostly based on RA 9492 or the Rationalization of the Holidays Act.

Mar 20 (Thu) - Maundy Thursday
Mar 21 (Fri) - Good Friday
Apr 7 (Mon) - Araw ng Kagitingan
May 1 (Thu) - Labor Day
Jun 9 (Mon) - Philippine Independence Day
Aug 18 (Mon) - Ninoy Aquino Day
Aug 25 (Mon) - National Heroes' Day
Oct 1 (Wed) ? - Eid'l Fitr (as per proclamation 1463, it is to be confirmed by the Office of Muslim Affairs as the holiday approaches.)
Nov 1 (Sat) - All Saints' Day
Dec 1 (Mon) - Bonifacio Day
Dec 25 (Thu) - Christmas Day
Dec 26 (Fri) - additional special non-working holiday
Dec 29 (Mon) - additional special non-working holiday
Dec 30 (Tue) - Rizal Day
Dec 31 (Wed) - Last Day of the year
(and hence the 8-day long weekend, from Dec. 25, 2008 to Jan. 1, 2009. Dinaig ang China na 7-days ang holiday. hehehe)
