In the spirit of staving off the angst, I've been focusing on the hunt for a new job, and found and sent off an application for an actual fashion job that I am eminently qualified for but have no actual work experience for. They ask for two years experience as a production manager in the apparel business - I sent in my resume anyway. The worst they can say is no but I am really, really hoping they at least say, "Hmmm. Well, come in and we'll interview you. Maybe you can sell shit for us or be an assistant to somebody." Wish me luck!!
