{ Blog } Blog is still a stupid word.
So I have decided to try this "blogging" again. I'm feeling....frustrated, to say the least, with a current project of mine. It is not that it look especially terrible, just that it does not look good. What is it that your Americans call it? Losing your "mojo"? Whatever the case, art is not feeling cooperative because she is a two timing mistress who feeds on the pain of others. I can think of someone else who fits that description. With that, though, I have been commissioned to paint one of the most normal of paintings; a landscape of the ocean. My client has fond memories of the beach here in Liberty and wants me to capture the (her words, not mine) "essence of the surf" in paint. Whatever the hell that that means. Waiting for a warm day to do it, though. It's too cold to be standing out by the ocean for hours, ach.
