K, I've officially decided I need to take my health back.

-No more eating like poo. One night a week I'll let myself eating something crapzilla, because I can look forward to it and I won't feel too bad then haha.
-I'm using my weights again. I have really small ones, but using a lot of reps will help tone/endurance...and I can do them while watching TV, between IMs, etc so there's no reason not to.
-good weather = more outside. I've been itching to do tennis...I might try running. Why the fuck not. I live in a safe neighborhood. I live right near Batterson Park for crying out loud.

Exercising always made me feel accomplished, at least.
