Like my therapist said at the beginning, his tactic was to use a ball of yarn. Or a layer cake. First you unravel the ball of yarn completely until it's a mess, carefully as to not get it tangled. Then, when you have the complete picture of what the mess that is your life looks like, you reorganize it, and roll it all back together, tighter than before.
That is where I am. What I think I needed to get rid of intially (my relationship) is not what I need to get rid of. I need to get rid of work. I put so much energy into something that is not rewarding me and I am not getting ahead at. Also, I don't see any prospect of getting ahead at all.
So, I'm moving again. Maybe I should buy a house to take care of the moving problem. Prices are low and I can get a CalVet loan. Perhaps move out of town. Take the extra energy that I'm not putting into work and put it into something more useful.
That's all for now.
