Babysitting again.
Ah, so here I am, on a Saturday night, babysitting. My little cousins. Could be worse- I get paid to hang around with 9 & 11 year olds and just watch movies all night with them. Not too bad - usually. The youngest one is 7 and wasn't here tonight so there wasn't much crying.
We watched Nanny McPhee OnDemand though haha. It was cute - I love Colin Firth so much! (which reminds me that we got the A&E version of Pride & Prejudice on DVD - 6 hours of excellence!) And the little baby in it is so cute. So we did that, went for a walk around the neighborhood, and then watched an hour of Little League World Series on ESPN - I have no idea why. Within the first 5 seconds of watching, the batter got hit. There were tears. Sooo insanely boring.
The rest of my day before coming here wasn't that exciting. Got some more mail from RPYO about seating auditions in September, and we got our excerpts for that - Bartok's "Concerto for Orchestra"! Cooley. But I'm going to have to make some decent reeds between now and then, so there could be a problem I guess. And I got a really annyoing papercut right on the edge of one of my fingers that makes it hard to play bassoon, type, or do anything with fingers really.
I think I have to spend the night here. Which really sucks, because I just want to go home and sleep in my own bed. My aunt said they'd probably be really late and "partied-out" (haha), so I brought a bag just in case I have to stay. Makes sense I guess. I don't exactly want them to drive me home when they're not in the condition to....but I just don't like staying here. ARGH! Not to mention I really wasn't in the mood to do this today because of never-ending cramps and exhaustion.
Whatever. I guess I'll just watch TV for a while, and if they come home soon - then yay.

Edit: Ended up spending the night, which sucked, but I got paid a lot so it's not that bad.
