When will the snow stop? I'm not liking this winter. I don't live in Alabama for the snowy winters... I live here for the mild ones. What the heck? Stupid global warming...
Evan's running around in his underwear b/c he spilled a tiny bit of juice on his pants and took off all his clothes after a screaming fit. I told him he couldn't, but he did anyway. He freaks out so bad about that stuff. I tried to tell him it was okay. He really needs to get over that spaz move. The other day we were making valentines, and he got marker on his hands and started freaking out. I showed him that it was okay to have it on your hands, and then he started coloring on himself. I can't win.
I made some funny videos of him dancing around in his underwear, but I'm not sure if it's okay to post that kinda stuff on the internet... hmmm... This is the same person that posted pictures of her kids in the bathtub on facebook. Go me.
We had Lauren's birthday "party" yesterday. "Party" = my family + cake and ice cream + other snacks + 1 present. I made a cake that looked like a ladybug.
Here it is!
It turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself... It was cute watching her get cake all over the place. I had more people here than I thought I would. Andrew's parents and brother, Caleb, came over from Tupelo. Then my sister Amber and her family from Tennessee came b/c he has President's Day off. I had fun being with everyone. I wish Andrew's family could've stayed a little longer. They spent more time driving than they did here.
Evan gave Valentines to some of his cousins here and to the kids in his primary class. He was so excited about it. I love that he's getting to the age that he understands stuff like this. It makes being a mom so fun. I'm so glad we had a valentine left over for him, though. I must make a mental note to do that every time, so he doesn't get upset that everybody has candy but him.
Well, Lauren just crawled up to me, and she smells like stinky butt poo. Yum.
