Yay!
I had my doctor's appointment today... and he said... that I'm 2 cm dilated and 80% effaced!!! Waahoooooo!!! For those that don't know pregnancy talk (I had to explain what this means to my brother and sister-in-law.) in order to have a baby, you have to be 10 cm and 100% effaced, SO i'm well on my way to having a baby! And I'm doing WAY better than I did with Evan b/c when I was induced with Evan at 40 weeks, I wasn't even dilated. And i'm 37 weeks right now. The doctor says he thinks I'll have the baby by next week. woot!
When he examined me this time, it hurt like crazy, and my sister thinks that he may have stripped my membranes. I think it's weird that if he did, he didn't tell me. But it sure did hurt! REALLY bad! I actually said OW! at one point. I'm sure he was just trying to help me along, but dang, let me know first!
Anyway, I'm SUPER excited, in case you can't tell! Maybe I'll have this baby soooooon! :D
