Doctor, doctor, give me the news, I got a bad case of being pregnant
Does it seem like all I ever do is go to the doctor now? Well, i went again today. Still having pain. They're doing another urine culture, but he said she could just be resting on a nerve in my pelvis, and alot of times the pain feels like it's somewhere else. Like, a person who's broken their hip will have knee pain. I guess we'll see in a few days when they get the results back. *sigh*
My doctor is pretty funny. He was telling me about a patient he had that was "heavy" and when she scooted down to the end of the exam table, the other end came up! And he had to get some nurses in there to hold the table down! He told her it was just a table malfunction, so she wouldn't be embarassed. But his whole point was to tell me that I wasn't heavy. haha B/c I apparently scooted down too far which he said has never happened. He told me I set a world record. Uh, go me?
Anyway, he told me that I was dilated just a teeny tiny bit and that I had effaced about 50%, I think. He kinda said it all so fast, and I was trying to sit up. BUT I'm glad b/c I didn't dilate at all with Evan until i had already been induced. So there's hope that I will go before my due date! Hooray! He also told me that I lost a pound. Weird. But apparently all my other measurements are fine. I've got to remember next time to ask him how big the baby is...
well, since all I ever think about anymore is baby, baby, baby... I guess that's all I have to say. Later, dudes.
