vail was the shit.
we were SUPOSSED to leave around 4:30p on wednesday, after chasing jr, aaron, and jay around town for two hours we finally left. the 13hour car ride was hellacious. i ran out of things to talk about 2 hours into the trip and i felt like i had to stay awake cause i was in the front seat keeping rob company. we got to denver and the boys went grocery shopping while the ladies slept in the car. that was the first time out of the entire trip that i slept. when we got into vail the condo-place didnt have our key available to us until 9a...so we slept in the car for two hours. nothing but memorable, and horrible neck pain.

the second everyone piled their things into the condo itself aaron and jay lit up a cig and ella went crazy about it. it kindof set me off gaurd cause ive never been around someone who absolutly freaks about cigs, but they went outside. it wasnt a very good first impression, especially after she claimed my headachs (from the altitude) were due to not eating enough-she doesnt know me!
jessica and i stayed home on thursday, i wasnt about to board without any sleep. so we slept and watched TV all day..it was great. the second day we went out and i swear i busted my ass-bone. i had to much fun though, its great to be up in the mountains with all that fresh cold air. it took us 2 hours to get down our first run, it was huge and we were slow. that night i couldnt even walk. we sat in the hot tub-that was outside. jay did 2 canonballs from the roof into the tub, it was hilarious.
the third day we went out agian but i had no fun. i kept falling and hurting my ass even more than it already was-i even prepared and put a foldedup towel under my snowpants.. and it didnt help. we walked a shitload that day. jessica is so fucking good on a board. i wasnt bad, but by the time next year comes ill be able to fuckaround and have a good time on a board.
i had a fantastic time.
