(no subject)
I'm trying really hard to be in the Christmas spirit, but it's hard sometimes. My family is in disarray right now for a lot of reasons that I don't even want to go into. Let's just say that we all need some prayer for the next couple of months. I also just found out today that my car needs about $900 worth of repair. The car is only worth about $3000! Stupid automobiles. I hate car problems.
I'm back in Columbus until Christmas day b/c of church obligations and other stuff. I have a wedding gig on Saturday that will give me some good money. On the day after Christmas, I'm headed to KY to see family. That should be interesting...we'll see. I'll be ready for the New Year.
I have so much crap to do as far as getting plane tickets for grad school visits. I passed pre-screening at Colorado, so it looks like I'll be headed off to Cleveland, Rice, and Colorado next semester, in addition to my travels to SC for MTNA. It will be a CRAZY semester!
Still trying to be optimistic as of now. It comes and goes....
