Well, I have started off my garden. I would have preferred to raise them from seed, but I suppose it is out of season for finding them or something. We have Ocimum basilicum , Ocimum basilicum, Coriandrum sativum. My plan is to make sure I can keep these babies alive for two weeks and then order my next bunch of herbs.
I am thinking chive, sage, and lavender. I was hoping to just order seeds for these, but I don't have the patients to wait the full two years for the sage to mature, so I might just keep cheating.
God, I need to start cooking more again. Being broke is becomes less bearable each day.
