busy busy busy
this week, i have been so incredibly busy. it is insane! i knocked a
couple things off my list though. i took my math test on friday, and it
was pretty easy and i was the first one to turn it in. that was a
shock. and then i decided i'm going to uncg this summer. 1) cause if i
went to the church camp, i wouldnt be able to play my trumpet for three
weeks, which means my chops(lips and jaw and gums...) will be dead! 2)
i wont be able to practice my marching band music and mb camp would be
like a couple days after i get back. 3)in 5 years, i can see myself
regretting not going to band camp more than regretting not going to the
church camp.
and the english project is due tomorrow. and it sucks when only 2/3 of the group is working. the other girl has done pretty much nothing. allison and i have done the posterboard, i wrote the 3 1/2 page essay, she did most of the powerpoint, and meredith (copas, not anderson) did a couple slides on the powerpoint lets count the hours we have all worked outside of class:

the band banquet last night was AWESOME! i had such a great time. and next year's show...drum roll please....MISSION 007!!! all the seniors are so jealous! but i'm really excited. it's gonna be so cool! and lets see...for my senior gift, the trumpet seniors got me a bunch of animal stickers, and one of the animals was a deer, cause all this season i've been saying "deers dont have ears" cause one day i had a jessica simpson moment and i announced during a sectional at band camp. and i still dont think deers have ears. yeahhhhh and on stage with the trumpet section, and in front of over 300 people, i talked into the microphone and gave mitchell the card i have been obsessing over for the past week. i'm really proud of myself for doing that cause i was really nervous. but i think i sounded ok. but i dont like the way i look on stage. cause my mom got a cool digital camcorder thing yesterday and so she video taped the banquet and so yeah i saw myself on tape and i was like ew, do i really look like that? but yeah last night was so much fun. and there was fondue. yum!
