Jun is paying attention to the dark road slowly getting covered in a layer of snow.
Kazu pulls out his mobile and the grumbles pocketing it again after seeing there is no signal.
After a few minutes, “How much further Jun?” Kazu says for the nth time during the drive.
“Ask me that one more time, and I’ll stop this car and make you walk.” Jun growls.
“Yeah right! You wouldn’t dare, you know Satoshi would murder you if you even tried it.” Kazu says smirking at Jun.
“Don’t push me.” Jun growls again. “Now shut up and let me drive.”
“Whatever… diva…” Kazu says looking out of the window to the dark sky.

After another hour or so of careful driving, Jun stops the car on the side of the road.
“Oh have we arrived?” Kazu says taking his seat belt off and looking outside again just to see more snow covered trees and road. “Huh? Jun…? Where are we? Why have we stopped?” He looks at the slightly younger man at the wheel.
No reply, just a frowning slightly panicked man sat next to him.

“We can’t be stuck. Not out here.” Kazu complains.
He digs out his mobile and dials a number.
“No use Kazu, we won’t have a signal up here and not in this weather.” Jun points out as Kazu’s mobile rejects the call.
“But we have to tell someone. Then they can come and get us.” Kazu says hope in his voice.
Jun just shakes his head. “Face it Kazu, you were right, for once, we’re lost, and now we’re stuck here.”
“My DS is dead, I have no signal, and my coat is in Sho’s bag. I’m gonna freeze to death or die of boredom.” Kazu moans.
“You won’t die.” Jun says rolling his eyes. “There is a blanket in my bag on the back seat.”
“But can’t you just turn the heating up.” Kazu points at the thermostat in the car.
“I have to keep the engine running for that, then I’ll be out of gas and we really will be good and stuck.” Jun says and to make his point clear turns the engine off. “So no… We’ll be fine. You use the blanket, I have my jackets on.” Jun turns on the internal light above the dashboard.

The cold very quickly seeps into the car and Kazu is checking his mobile every few minutes. 2 hours pass. The snow storm is at full force outside the car.

“But what if they are trying to contact us? What if they have sent out a search party?” Kazu says.
“Then if they have, they will find us when they find us. For now please just settle.” Jun lowers his seats back into a laying position and curls himself up a bit.
Kazu feels Jun moving. “You know it would be comfier if you lay on the back seat.”
Jun grunts. “Easier said than done... My legs are longer than yours; I won’t fit on the back seat.”
Kazu pulls off the blanket and climbs over the seats and over Jun to get to the back.
“Hey what are you doing?” Jun says sitting up and turning the light on to see Kazu flopped on the back seat.
