Ted danson
I once heard this radio program about this lady who went to the same high school as Ted Danson. She had an enormous crush on him and once got up the courage to ask him to dance. He said no and she said ok. But then years later saw him on "Cheers" and called all her friends and said you will never believe who I saw on tv... Ted Danson! Then everyone she called said um yeah he's been on "Cheers" for several years. And she said Ted Danson a million more times. I could have sworn it was on "This American Life" but can't find it or information about it anywhere, to the point that I feel like I dreamed it but that's not possible. It is driving me crazy. I want to hear it again. Maybe it was a lie and they found out and didn't archive it? What other show could it have been? I liked it because I felt so bad for her when she got rejected.
