so a few months back I randomly decided to try bakeing french bread ^_^ it was so tasty, I knew I was hooked, the smells the texture the flavor and knowing that I grew this just to eat it. it meets all my basic instnces. I went on to make another batch this time with my own twist. It was simply amazing.
now I'm making our white bread for sandwiches and other meals and I have a sourdough starter happily growing on the counter.
Tonight I'm attempting melon pan, working off poorly translated directions I'm mostly doing it impromptu.
I love how every loaf can have a unique flavor. and I can make so many different breads!
next I'm giving salt rising bread a try!
