I wonder what kind of dipping sauce would go well with fried chorizo-and-cheese-stuffed wontons?

I'm thinking maybe a blood-orange reduction with a little chili kick to it, but I'm open to suggestions.

That chili blood orange reduction sounds delicious. Maybe you can have a trio of dips and include Greek yogurt with lime, cumin, jalepeno and cilantro, and a chutney of some sort.

Yeah, I'm thinking of some sort of lime-cilantro concoction, and the blood orange one (which would also go well with the cream cheese ones I'm making).

definitly a chili-kick, and blood orange sounds great.

Really, any sweet & sour combo - something to offset the chorizo.

mmmm...despite my sniffles i'm soooo going to be there!
