That chili blood orange reduction sounds delicious. Maybe you can have a trio of dips and include Greek yogurt with lime, cumin, jalepeno and cilantro, and a chutney of some sort.
Yeah, I'm thinking of some sort of lime-cilantro concoction, and the blood orange one (which would also go well with the cream cheese ones I'm making).

Really, any sweet & sour combo - something to offset the chorizo.
