Is it the concept of eating a baby, even a chocolate representation of one? Is it the waste of $30? Is it the weird quasi-narcissism (though I love baby pictures)? Is it the uncomfortably close proximity of this concept to that of placenta omelettes? In any case, it wigs me out (certain names etc changed to protect the PR person who sent the pitch to me, and the company):
A sonogram is a mother's first picture of her gorgeous baby. Why not present it in a Picture Perfect fashion?
Sonogram Cookies by [Company Name] let your readers personalize their own cookie to display their sonogram. These gorgeous edible cookies are the perfect way to display a sonogram in a unique and special way.
Simply send [Compay Name] the picture and they will print it on edible paper with edible ink to create the Sonogram Cookie! The delectable white chocolate enrobed graham crackers are sprinkled with colorful edible confetti or non-parielles to frame the sonogram. Then the cookie is tied with a gorgeous ribbon to match. It's Picture Perfect!
Sonogram Cookies are available at [website] for $27 for 12 cookies.
