Soooo much work to do. Ah livejournal, how handy you are when I don't want to do homework. Is it dorky of me to be so excited that my mom and stepDan are coming this weekend to visit? I mean, it's cool that they're gonna see me row on Saturday, but mostly, I just wanna hang out with them. Chit chat and all that. Perhaps convince them to buy me some stuff, who knows.
Speaking of rowing on Saturday, I will be doing it not once, but twice! Thanks to Virginia Tech having more boats or something than we do, Rob is hot-seating a bunch of us. Thus, I will be stroking both the Novice Women's 8 and the Novice Women's 4. You better believe we are betting our shirts..at least in the 8. Cross your fingers that we come back pimping some VTech orange Saturday night. We'll race better with more spectators..hint, hint. My parents will even drive you if you need a ride. We're racing at 9:40 and 11:00..not even early. Those of you who have no good excuse not to go, you know who you are.
