What: Dom's phone call to Hannah during the party
When: Sunday the 10th of October
Where: Michael's, a restaurant in Santa Monica
Dominic: *I stand outside the restaurant, fiddling with my phone. According to Elijah's message the party should have been going for a little while at this point, and I decide it's time to put our plan in motion. I dial Hannah's number, maneuvering so I can see her though the window.*
Hannah: *I blush a bit, still not used to all the attention. I'm smiling at everyone when my phone starts to vibrate. I pull it out of my purse and check the ID, seeing Dom's mobile come up. I squeal a little loudly* Sorry ya'll. It's Dom. Let me take this. *I move push back away from the table and get up and walk away from the crowd a little ways, so as not to disturb everyone else.* Hey Dom. *I say as I answer the phone.*
Dominic: Happy Birthday Hannah. *I say in a low sexy voice*
Hannah: *I giggle quietly* Thank you, Dom. How's filming?
Dominic: Hectic. *I sigh softly, sounding sad* I'm really sorry I had to work.
Hannah: It's ok, hun. Though you're missing a fun party. Sean keeps trying to make out with Mom. *I snicker*
Dominic: Ewww. Not sad I'm missing that. Who else is there?
Hannah: Billy came over from Manchester! And Liv's here too.
Dominic: Wow! The whole gang's there. Sounds like everyone is having a great time. Is the restaurant nice? *Dom smiles, wondering if Hannah will find it odd that he knows they changed locations and went to a restaurant instead of the house*
Hannah: It's beautiful here, Lij really outdid himself this time.
Dominic: *I move back from the window slightly into the shadows, deciding to give you a stronger hint* You know that purple sweater really brings out the color of your eyes.
Hannah: Thank yo-- wait a minute. *I begin to walk towards the front door to look outside*
Dominic: *I can see you head for the door and I quickly hide behind a parked truck* Wait a minute what?
Hannah: How'd you know I'm wearing a purple sweater?
Dominic: Didn't you say that is what you going to wear tonight? *I ask, feining innocence*
Hannah: *I don't remember telling you, but I might have.* I must have. *I shrug, deciding to step out the door to get some fresh air.*
Dominic: Getting some fresh air? *I resist the urge to laugh, knowing you'd be able to hear me*
Hannah: *I shake my head, confused* Dom?
Dominic: It's a nice night isn't it. *I grin and step out from behind the truck*
Hannah: *It takes me a moment to notice you appear. The instant I see you, though, I grin and almost run over to you.*
Dominic: *I drop my phone as you approach, sweeping you up into my arms* Happy birthday.
Hannah: *I wrap my arms around you tightly* God I've missed you!
Dominic: *I breathe in your scent, letting you squeeze me tightly* Were you surprised?
Hannah: A little, yeah. *I grin, not letting go of you*
Dominic: Only a little? * I pretend to pout*
Hannah: Ok, a whole lot. *I squeal and hug you again*
Dominic: Lij actually helped me arrange stuff, so make sure you thank him.
Hannah: I will, I promise. *I step back and take a good long look at you.* Hawaii's treating you well. *I smirk*
Dominic: I can't complain. If you were there it'd be perfect. *I finger the edge of your sweater* And I was telling the truth about this sweater.
Hannah: *I blush, the coloring obvious even in the low light of the parking lot* Thank you, Dom.
Dominic: *I lean in and give you a quick kiss* Listen, I just got off the plane and I need to go check in and stuff so the hotel doesn't give my room away. When do you think the party will be winding down?
Hannah: It won't be too much longer, I promise. *I say with a wink* Another half hour maybe.
Dominic: OK, let me run over to the hotel and check in and I'll swing back by and pick you up. As much as I'd like to see everyone I'm beat and they'd keep me hear until dawn. I'll catch up with everyone tomorrow, so how about we keep my appearance our little secret.
Hannah: I'll try, Dom. *I grin* But if Lij knew you were coming it's gonna be hard. *I laugh* I'll see you when you come back.
Dominic: *I lean in and kiss you again before bending down to pick up my phone.* I'll see you in a bit.
Hannah: *I grin and hug you again before running back inside.*
Dominic: *I'm grinning from ear to ear as I hop into the car and take off down the road*
