I would have asked if this was for real, but on reading the comments on Youtube, my god it's gone so far over some peoples heads it's not even funny... Maybe someone should tell them what it is? Maybe they should have the right to be ashamed (on so many levels regards what this also is about) and let the earth open up and swallow them whole in embarrasment, maybe then they would just go away...

That's been my big question...Do these people know what tea-bagging is? Maybe I'll send them an email and explain. *L*

This has been a constant since the election (not the teabagging, the ridiculous). It's almost fascinating but at the same time very frustrating that a president actually interested in hearing both sides of issues is having to deal with such hostile shenanigans on top of all the actual ISSUES facing the country.

I generally don't read comments on new articles (except local stuff) or youtube because the dominance of ignorance takes chunks out of my faith in humanity but, of course I had to this time. Yep, it was as painful asI expected.
Thank god I come from a liberal family/neighborhood.

I find it amusing that in the political system, the liberals aren't really, because over here I'm more conservative than Labour, and the Lib Dems are a little bewildering at times... Strictly speaking you would label the Conservatives as right wing, Labour as Left Wing and Lib Dems also Left Wing. So you would think that the Republicans would have alot in common with the Conservatives, but we don't like to mix politics and religion, and also they are way too liberal for the Republicans, they are just right of the middle, even more amusing, they are where the Democrats are, Labour are just left of the middle, in some aspects they go right, in many (like being so soft on law it's not even funny) they are left, and Lib Dems are so far to the left that if the US ever had them, they would think the world would end ( ... )

Brief warning: I'm a political geek, prone to ranting and lengthy responses. Please forgive me; It's a compulsion I can't seem to shake ( ... )

Oh yeah, here's Maddow's update from yesterday:

I won't pain you with the equally hilarious/disturbing anti-gay marriage ads and coverage thereof. Your brain might pop.

Just watched that... People breeding with vegtibles, it's the only explination...

I could understand the Boston Tea Party, I still say it was a waste of good tea, I mean, hey, I could have drank some of that if they didn't want it, but this is insane, but back to the tea thing, how do I get myself put on the target list? as long as they are standard teabags with nothing done to them, I wouldn't mind having some sent this way, can I specify which brand I like? All this talk of tea makes me crave another cuppa right now...

**I could understand the Boston Tea Party, I still say it was a waste of good tea..

Being all broke/unemployed due to the recession, I told the boyfriend I wished there was one near us so that I could snag some tea. If I'd had a car and some tea party freaks nearby, I damned sure would have.

And now this is in my head:

Is it bad that the video heavily reminds me of this?
The outfit did have me thinking of Hunting Tigers Out In India, but this song features planting a Union Jack on a chest so it wins ( ... )

It's occured to me that we are missing a real big opertunity here, one, to have alot of fun and two, make them look even more silly...
Simply put it would be epic to just goad them and wind them up, spur them on and give slogans that will 'help' them and political rants... Things like:
"Show you have Balls and Teabag Hillary."
"Obama suports homosexual activity, this is an afront to all Republican values, lets show him we won't tollerate any homosexual activity by having all us guys Teabag Obama, while he may take it lying down, we won't!"
Or is that just a little too twisted and going too far? The last one might be a bit of a mouthful as a political rant goes... maybe they will see through it, or maybe they won't... I have to ask though, what is their prefered style? The Double Dip? Just giving a quick flash of the bag? or dipping it in and sloshing it arround a bit?

Oh, believe me...We took as many opportunities as we could. The number of news commentators who got the giggles while trying to make "tea bag" jokes deadpan.

And teabagging Hilary would take more, literal and figurative, balls than I possess. She's a tough bitch.
Teabagging Obama would end up with Rahm Emmanuel putting your nuts in a jar. *L*

As to the rest...bahahaha!!!

But don't get me started on the "issue of homosexuality"--We've had rich material there too lately and, quite frankly, it might make your brain explode.
