On another note: The drive to work was particularly hazardous. I was behind a poorly loaded dump truck on its way to the landfill.
Swerving to avoid the cardboard box that flew out the back of it was annoying.
Almost running into the swamp to avoid the piece of sheet metal that immediately followed the box was terrifying.
Thank god I have decent reflexes and don't drive right on people's asses.

Happy late Mother's Day to all the mommies on my friends list.
I had a big basket of flowers delivered to Grandmama, went by to see Annie, and took flowers to the cemetery for Mom. I was glad to see that a couple other people had left flowers for her recently. It somehow makes me happy to know other people still visit her too.
