fireflies and sno-caps
i just recently discovered how much i love fireflies! i'm obsessed! i love the way they sparkle and blink through the night. i was sitting outside around midnight w/ my dog (who was hunting for something, and furiously running around the backyard...twas funny!), and i noticed the fireflies. they are fun to watch. it was very peaceful, sitting out there, when it was so quiet, just watching them.
i've recently became addicted to sno-caps. this is shocking since i don't like chocolate, and the bases of sno-caps is, of course, chocolate. but i don't care. i love them! the size is perfect, i love the way they just felt in ur mouth, and the little white sprinkles.....yum yum! i've never had sno-caps before, and now i know what i've been missing out on. but this doesn't mean i like chocolate, it just means i like sno-caps....just to make that clear! but yesterday, i ate a whole box...well it was a little box! i didn't have another one, but i really wanted some more. so i just spent the rest of the day looking for things that looked like sno-caps and tasted like sno-caps, but of course, nothing can match sno-caps! so i said to myself, i said, "Hanna (cause that's what i call myself), control urself!" but i still wanted more sno-caps :(
yesterday was a not-very-good-day. i went to the doctor and found out that something i thought was no big deal, was a bigger deal than i could have imagined. i've got strep throat again, (4th time since february....2nd time since i've been home) but i guess this time it came back hard, really hard. my eyes are all swollen, my neck is swollen, and the glands in my neck are rock solid lumps now. i got this extra strong dose of meds, and if it doesn't clear up fast enough, if my ear gets infected, or if an abcess starts to form on my tonsils, they're going to perform an emergeny tonsilectomy....which i hope means that i get to eat a lot of ice cream!! i love ice cream...but not as much as sno-caps!!
so i'm not allowed to work for 5 days, i'm not suppose to do anything for 5 days except lay in bed...and rot. this really sucks cause working at a movie theatre and having war of the worlds come out means that i could have made a lot of $$ this weekend, cause we're going to be busy!! :(
today would have been mine and chad's 3 month. :(
