Clark & Chloe - Never Be The Same

SUMMARY: AU. Chloe has lost her memory, including Clark and everything they've been through together. Clark can't let go of her fearing to lose her forever if she doesn't get her memories back, so he tries to help her remember her past by showing her pictures and some of her belongings. While looking for things that might help her get her memory back, they find THE letter that Chloe wrote to Clark back in season 2 "Fever". It's in that moment that Clark realizes how strong her feelings were back then and it makes him realize how much she means to him. Chloe is overwhelmed by all these emotions and because of all these memories that she still can't remember. She feels like Clark can be trustworthy but still doesn't feel completely comfortable with him. Clark feels helpless and doesn't want to make the same mistake he did in the past twice which is not to let her go. This time he's decided to fight for her because she means so much to him (even though they're not together anymore), so he takes her to the Fortress to ask Jor-El's help in restoring Chloe's memory.

AU story (of course!). Bringing someone back from the dead is another step towards the Apocalypse. To prevent that from happening, the angels ask the person saved to restore the balance of the universe by taking their savior's life...
Details: Chloe brought Dean back from the dead. The angels have been aware of the change of balance of the universe and had to step in. Castiel is sent on a mission. He informs Dean that he is the only one who can prevent the Apocalypse from happening and restore the balance. He tells him that a life must be taken: his savior's. To save the world and billion of lives, Dean has to kill Chloe...
