From today till next year's investiture, there will be a lovely black tag with my name engraved on it sitting next to the second button of my blouse on the left. =D
And so, it's OVER! I.e. No more excuses not to do my homework. Oh wells. Just finished my GP essay, which I'm relatively proud of. Will be starting on the Asleep essay which is seriously like, overdue. SORRY MISS LOW!
So how was investiture from your point of view? I think everyone enjoyed the performance right? It's like so cool, IMHO! It was kind of impromptu, Mark was playing the funny tune on the guitar one fine day and then someone just said something to the beat, and it kind of hit us that it would be cool to perform it. :D So there you go. And the ever sung Council song. With harmonisation this year.
Then we had the whole day off, which we spent taking loads of photos, exchanging presents (didn't get any, so sorry!), and then clearing the chairs. I tell you, wearing stockings is such hell. I'm like never never going to be an OL, ever. The thought of it makes me shudder. ~_~
Went to Vivo after that. Very sua gu lah, but it's my first time in Vivo Cineplex man! And it's really, awesomely big. Haha. The front seat is like a classroom distance away from the front screen lah. I think even more. And we got really good seats. Watched Spidey 3, although I am like totally against superhero-themed movies and have not watched the previous two movies.
The reason why superhero-themed movies do so well is only because people feel good about themselves when they watch such shows and are deluded into believing that they are all good and fighting against the evil yadda yadda. It's an evil scheme by money-makers I tell you. The Incredibles is different because it was cute.
And all things cute are never evil. Like doughnut and kuku-bear. :D
And OMG Qian Yu has Angela Chang karaoke DVD at her house! I'm so going to her house more often now. Hahaha.
