June 19: Damn, I still haven't won the $50 million Lotto Max prize.
I am amused that my FB ads are still coming up in French.
June 23: Holy crap - we just had an earthquake!!! Our entire building just shook. Don't know how big yet since the earthquakecanada web site is not responding.
June 24: I am getting ready to flee G20 chaos and have fun at Midwestcon.
June 25: 7:45 am - I am on the plane to Chicago!!!
10:17 am - I am relaxing in the Admirals Club at O'Hare trying to recover from the horror of getting up at 6:00 am.
11:06 am - I am on the plane to Cincinnati!!!
1:30 pm - I've arrived at Midwestcon, secured my suite, unpacked, changed and am eating my complementary chocolate chip cookie. Now to locate someone to have lunch with...
June 27: 7:15 pm - Made it to Chicago. Toronto flight currently delayed 45 minutes. Sigh.
11:27 pm - Made it home okay. I missed the torrential rain in Cincinnati and Chicago, but it was waiting for me in Toronto. The drive home from the airport was very stressful. Just going to watch the news and then go to bed.
June 30: Great start to the Canada Day long weekend. I got to Niagara before dark, it's a beautiful day and I just had a nice dinner with my Mom. I predict a lot of stitching this weekend.
