89. Problem?

OK, is it just me, or has there been a lot of spraypainted stuff showing up in the Yard lately? Moreso than usual, I mean. Sometimes I'll find the occasional spraypainted thing and sometimes it just looks like paint but it turns out to be rust but either way it doesn't happen as much as it's been happening lately, and usually it doesn't form

Apparently! I saw some on one of the branches as I was going home today, so it seems it's not confined to the Yard, either.
