OOC: Fourth Memory (Sight/Hearing)
[[OOC: This scene is from the episode "Beginnings, Pt. II", a transcription of which can be read here. The robots they're fighting are normal and one Bluehead Krybots, descriptions of which can be found here. Mod permission has been granted for Bridge to hear the Rangers' morphing call so he can FINALLY do the thing properly.
For his punishment, for the next two days, Bridge will have a cute color-changing gecko around his wrist... that changes his entire body different colors depending on his mood. When he's asleep/neutral, he will be PLAID. AWESOME.]]
Bridge was standing, in a fighting stance, near some sort of warehouse. Sky was by his side, and he could hear the presence of another person at his back. He and Sky were dressed in the same uniforms they'd had on in other memories, except this time, they were colored a flat gray instead of blue, red, or green. A short distance away a Jeep with the familiar S.P.D. letters all over it was parked, but between it and the trio were a large group of black robots with silver heads, headed by another black robot with a blue head and a weapon on its arm. They looked threatening.
"Mind if I ask a question?" said Bridge anxiously, then Pinky responded, and he immediately knew who was behind him.
"Is this gonna be one of those long, drawn-out Bridge-type questions that really isn't a question but leaves us asking lots of questions?" she wanted to know. Bridge let his arms drop to his sides, feeling puzzled.
"Wait... I ask long, drawn-out questions?" he asked. Sky turned and gave him a death glare, so Bridge immediately resumed his fighting stance. "OKAY! Wouldn't NOW be a good time to morph?!"
"Yes," Sky and Pinky simultaniously agreed, so the three of them stood straight, taking their badges from holsters and posing.
"Ready!" Sky barked.
"Ready!" said Bridge and Pinky, then together, all three of them called out,
"S.P.D., EMERGENCY!" There was that familiar flash of light as all three of them transformed into their helmeted, Spandex-clad Ranger forms. Except... something was off. Sky was now wearing the blue suit with a 2 on the side that Bridge was so familiar with, while Bridge himself wore a green suit with a 3. As for Pinky, well, it was now obvious why she'd been drawn to that name- she had on a pink suit with a 5 on the side.
"Looking good, Bridgey! You're Green!" said Pinky.
"Hey, cool!" said Bridge excitedly.
"And I'm Pink, my favorite color!" said Pinky, sounding extremely pleased. However, Sky was not happy.
"Blue?!" he demanded, furious. "I'm Blue? I'm supposed to be the Red Ranger!"
And with that, the memory faded...
