event info!
Hey everyone! A day late and a dollar short as usual, but Jamie here with quest information! Starting yesterday and lasting until Saturday night, there's a game quest that will be worth three levels for those of you under level 15 and two levels for those of you above. All of the NPCs in town are in lighter clothes to reflect summer and talking about Δ Warm Sunshine's Frog Lake, so you'd better hop over and see what all the fuss is about!
Upon entering, the ladies will get cute sundresses or short-shorts in your choice, and the guys will get shorts and light shirts of your choice. Fighting monsters during this time will drop-- food items and flatware!
That's right. Shortly after the event started, monsters stole all of the picnic goods short of the tables, so it's up to you to get everything back to enjoy the event! Item drops will include tablecloths, plates, and assorted foods like kebabs, burgers, salads, and drinks.
The picnic and lake are in the middle of the field, but once you cross one of four bridges to the outlying islands, it's all monster country from there! Someone created a glitchy spawn point for new monsters and didn't fully delete it, but we aren't naming any names.
So get out there and save the picnic, or you guys will be starving and lacking energy come time for the real events! There'll be randomized three-legged relay races, an obstacle course, and a race to catch Chims and shoot hoops with them! Prizes will be awarded to the winning team, as well as a bonus level. So get out there and enjoy the weather!
Oh, did I mention the GM dunk tank if you guys can beat the mods in the games...?
