new calendar & activity check!
Hey everyone! It's May 1st, so that means there's a new month up with all new events! There's a quest that begins tomorrow that I'll explain below, and I meant to get this up yesterday but I am failmod. Feel free to use this post for planning in advance!
But first up, is our very first ACTIVITY CHECK! Below the cut is a list of characters that didn't get in two of any combo of posts and logs since we opened in March or since you joined, and anyone that apped after the first week of April is exempt. But don't worry! This doesn't count as your first strike-- just link me to your most recent threads with at least 10 comments by you to show me that you've been around (and I know most of you have, but for formality's sake and so you know how things'll roll) and I'll mark you off the inactive list. DAGA! This isn't an option you can use all the time! If you use threads in lieu of activity three times in a row without making the proper number of posts or participate in logs, you'll get marked down. Sorry Charlie, but them's the breaks! You can link multiple threads so long as there's 20 comments altogether per month.
Since this post is multi-purpose, I'll be making a thread for activity that you can comment to so that everything stays organized. Please reply with activity reqs and any questions under the first comment to this post!
ALSO GUYS HEY GUYS if you aren't on this list or get taken off... you've completed an achievement! Please add the
blue ribbon to your stats post tables with "Pass (1) activity checks in a row.", and award your characters 10 experience points. \o/ That was an easy win, hm?

Now back to the quest! It begins Sunday, May 2nd, and lasts until midnight on Thursday the 6th. The NPCs around town will be fretting that the Spring flower hasn't been found and wonder if they'll even see Spring this year, and they'll be asking you adventurers to help look for it. Meander on over to the Quest kiosk to find your favorite neighborhood mods, and they'll give you the area words and details for the quest! Sounds simple, right? Well, guess you'd better be prepared for the obligatory party rule. :3c A three-member party is necessary to start the quest, or the mods won't budge with the info.
Feel free to use this post to work out your party members OOCly so you're ready for the log tomorrow! Sorry for the late, but from now on I'll be making posts a couple days in advance for planning purposes, so you get a chance to work out parties and such before fumbling around cursing my existence.
AND LASTLY, FINALLY, after this long journey of my insufferable TL;DR, a quick note! BE SURE to tag everything appropriately, guys! There's a few people I marked off on log activity when I know you commented in it, but you never added your character's tag to it-- but if I didn't read the logs or remember it distinctly, you might not've been marked for activity in them! :( Also please remember to tag your entries to holyrelic with the appropriate !action post or !journal post tags, or else it's hard to figure out how to approach the character.
AND WHILE I HOPE NONE OF YOU DROP by any means, you must comment to the drop post if you want to be processed! That part's obligatory-- posting to the OOC community is completely optional. We've had a number of people that don't reply to it and then just post here, but it isn't an option guys, just so you know. :(
Okay? Okay. Go forth and prove your activity and gather party members for the quest! Onward, onward!! The table below lists completed parties and parties formed that are open, so feel free to jump in and ask to join! ♥
