Steamy Finales; Failed Finales

Castle
If you weren't surprised by the plot of the finale (Beckett in search of her mother's killers), it seems to be a finale tradition in the past few seasons. Becket goes against the advice of Castle -- he tells her it's going to be dangerous if she proceeds and she gets mad at him about witholding information from her. Then when she's confronted by death all she can think about is Castle and even shouts his name to save her, but he is not present at that moment. She surrenders her badge and seeks Castle out for some steamy sex. (See video below)
Hart of Dixie
Lemon and George's wedding day has arrived. But our favorite NY doctor is afraid to face the heartbreak she will have to deal with when the Bluebell's golden boy makes his vows with his longlasting love. Whether she likes it or not, George is going to marry Lemon. Lavon tells her to go to Mobile to clear her mind of George. During her shopping spree in Mobile, Wade's alternater fails and Lavon asks her to pick him up. Lavon knows a storm is about to hit the down, but George takes it personally when Lavon decides to cancel the wedding permit (I think it was episode 18 where Lemon admits to having an affair with Lavon when George lived in NY). George is determined to get married that day because Zoe's decided to stay in Bluebell; as long as he's married to Lemon, his heart won't waver. Meanwhile, Wade and Zoe are stuck in a barn as the storm starts to kick in. They lash out at each other, and Wade suggests they should just do it to get rid of the sexual tension in the air. They make it back to the plantation (where they live). While they're preparing to go to the big wedding, Zoe plays with the electricity (Wade considered it a mating call back in episode 3). Wade comes over and the rest is season 1 history.
Pretty steamy huh? :)
George breaks off the wedding, saying that he can be faithful to Lemon, but his faithfulness alone isn't going to be enough for her because she deserves his whole heart. But he can't give that to her since a part of his heart belongs to Zoe. He makes it over to Zoe's place in the rain and tells her that there wasn't a wedding.
I'm a Zoe-Wade shipper. I like that they hooked up in the season finale, but a part of me thinks that this made Zoe too easy. Come on! Castle and Beckett took 4 seasons, and Bones and Booth took 6 seasons to finally get together. Couldn't they have extended it to maybe halfway through season 2? I suppose doing it this way could create some problems for Zoe now that George is single and open to a relationship with her. She slept with Wade, but will he play it off as just sex? Everyone knows that with Wade this isn't just sex, at least not with Zoe. Uh-oh... lol Can't wait for Season 2!
Grey's Anatomy Or should I say Lost
This finale was ridiQlous. Holy moly. Arizona screaming like a banshee... I get that she's in a lot of pain, but that was a lot like Lost... It was too much like Lost in the opening scene where Meredith is laying on the ground looking up. Shonda Rimes failed with this one.
I'm kinda mad that they decided to kill off Lexie. I was hoping they'd kill off April (such a lame character, why keep her?). The emotions conveyed in this episode were so unclear and frazzled. I wonder what direction they're going to go with this plane crash-Lost rip off with the season 9 premiere in fall. Are they going to turn this into Lost part 2? I'm rather disappointed for all the hype that this episode received; it definitely did not live up to expectations. The Private Practice finale was better than this, which isn't saying much about this show. It's lost that flare that it was back in season 1 and 2.
Private Practice
I don't really know what to say about this season finale. It was better than G's A for sure. Emelia goes into labor and it is emotionally jarring for all characters. The cute moment was when Cooper's son Mason decides to call Charlotte his Mama. I think the kid was the best actor in this whole show!
Bones
Just ... :O There are going to be 4 episodes in the summer to compensate for the episodes missed when Emily Deschennal took maternity leave. Hopefully, Bones and baby Christine will be back with Booth.
That's all the season finale reviews I have. I'm always open to show recommendations. I have the whole summer to catch up!
