go to a friends church that does something for your spiritual life, you're still going to church so your parents can't ground you.

Thank you, whoever you are, but no... has to be a Catholic church if I don't want to get grounded. Unless I want to go to two services every weekend. I'm thinking about chickening out on the whole thing anyway. I'll just go to church and just pay all my attention to God/Mother Nature/Father Time/Stephen King instead of the sermon. It's not worth losing the rest of my life over.

oh yea, about the whole church thing....i don't like being catholic either....and you do have a point about it doing nothing for your 'spiritual life'. it does nothing for mine, either....i've aruged with my parents about it in the past, but now i figure its not worth fighting about until i'm 18....yea, we'll just have to hang in there together, buddy! ur so great, --heather

If you get grounded for going to a non-Catholic church that shouldn't matter. Go to further yourself as a spiritual person.
